September was a busy month all across the state of Texas for quilters. 90 Shops participated in the first ever Texas Shop Hop. This was not a feat for the weak at heart. The hop was divided into 8 regions including the back roads through the Hill Country to the big cities of Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and many others. The talented and creative shop owners pulled out all the stops transforming their shops into giant Texas displays. Big Tex himself would have been proud.

It takes about 9 months from design to arrival on the store shelves. Well one of our New designers couldn't wait to let the so called cat out of the bag. She is so super excited that it was tough for her to contain herself, so today we are announcing that Pat Sloan will be designing fabric for Moda.
